"Have you ever wondered what it would be like to soar through the air? Me too. Our flying friends have such a unique opportunity: they can either come down to the Earth’s surface to examine the littlest details, or observe from a treetop or higher and take in everything at once. Many people will look at this image and see an angel; but I prefer to think of her as a messenger of clarity. She has come to knock on the door of subjectivity and invites us to shift our perception, to take a step back and imagine a much larger picture, abundant with possibility. Close your eyes ~ it is not yet visible from where we stand, here, without wings. Rather, it coexists alongside us, like another dimension just waiting to be discovered. All we need to do is welcome it into our field of vision." Elizabeth Ladwig
"What We See" portrays a mystical and ethereal scene set within a forest. At the center of the artwork is a woman in a long, flowing white gown. Her form is translucent and her face is obscured by her long, pale hair. Behind her, the forest is dense with tall trees whose trunks recede into the background. The canopy above filters a soft, diffused light that illuminates the scene with a gentle glow. The image evokes a sense of mystery and enchantment, capturing the viewer's imagination.
