"In Dr. Viktor Frankl’s landmark book, Man’s Search for Meaning, he challenged America to keep its light of hope and freedom burning brightly to future generations by declaring that LIBERTY must be embraced with RESPONSIBILITY to maintain freedom. To stand as a visual reminder of his idea, Frankl declared that the Statue of Liberty on the East Coast must be supplemented with a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast." Gary Lee Price
