Bella Rotta, Italian for "Beautiful Broken," is made with special mediums. Rolinda makes her own canvas and wooden panel frame. They come together to form a "crust", a very important part of each Bella Rotta. She uses artist oil paints to make the painting come alive. Each painting is protected with an oil based product.
"Skittles" is an abstract piece that features a gradient of vibrant colors. It transitions from warm tones at the top, such as bright orange and red, through to deep purples and blues at the bottom. The paint is applied on a textured, handcrafted canvas, creating a rich, tactile surface. The colors blend seamlessly into one another, giving the piece dynamic movement and depth.
