Xanadu Gallery seeks a strong writer with customer service skills to assist with gallery sales, create social media posts and newsletter, and assist gallery owners with email communication and editing. Occasional long-form writing is also required.

A successful applicant will demonstrate strong writing and proof-reading skills and good interpersonal skills. This position requires adaptability and dedication. Every day will bring different opportunities for working directly with high-end customers and communicating with artists.

Retail sales experience is helpful, but not required. An interest in and knowledge of art is helpful, but not required. Writing and communication skills are a must.


$15/hour starting pay, plus sales bonus. Annual compensation estimated at $30-$35K.

  • Monday 10-5
  • Tuesday 10-5
  • Wednesday 10-5
  • Thursday 10-9 (We have art walk Thursday evenings)
  • Friday - Day Off
