This pivotal moment led Alexia to abandon her medical aspirations and delve into the realms of painting, sculpture, and fine art photography, where she found the freedom to explore expression and the intricate dance between form and meaning.

Alexia's artistic practice is deeply rooted in the principles of abstract expressionism and portrait photography, with a focus on capturing the fleeting essence of her subjects. Her Floral Portraits, for instance, challenge the viewer to engage with the ephemeral nature of flowers through dramatic studio photography techniques.
