I waited a rather long time to get married, but finding a truly good man was worth the wait. Expressions of gratitude are important to our relationship because we never want to take each other for granted. Most of all, I love hearing my laughter, like music, because I know he caused it.
"Heart and Soul" is a sculpture depicting two intertwined figures. They rise gracefully from a black base that blends seamlessly into their form. The figures share a fluidity and unity that capture an intimate moment of connection. The surface texture of the sculpture is smooth, accentuating the contours of the figures' bodies and capturing the light, which gives the sculpture a lustrous appearance. The taller figure has her arm extended upwards, touching her head, while the second figure has his hand placed gently on the other's waist, enhancing the sense of movement and harmony between them.
