"I’ve always loved the idea of all the answers living in some remote nook on a mountaintop. It’s a rare and ancient treasure that is pure in its wisdom, kind of like the Wise Old Seer or the Hermit. The risks are great, and no person is given favor over another. The journey 'To Edelweiss' is full of hope and fear, of love and dedication. I would love to know what she learns along the way, and what she will discover when she reaches the top." Elizabeth Ladwig
"To Edelweiss" portrays a fantastical scene set in a wintry landscape at night. In the foreground, there's a woman with loosely flowing, blonde hair, wearing a long, flowing white dress that fans out behind her. She is walking away from the viewer towards a snowy mountain range. The woman is holding a small, lit lantern in her right hand, contrasting against the dark and cold environment. In the sky, a full moon illuminates the scene with its bright, white glow, casting a mystical light over the landscape. The snow is gently falling, with snowflakes peppered across the scene, adding to the feeling of a cold, wintry night. There are also two birds in flight, silhouetted against the moonlit sky, which adds an element of life and movement to the otherwise still and serene environment.
