You know, Winter gets a bad rap sometimes. The shoveling, the frigid temperatures, and especially the lack of sunlight can have a very real effect on one's quotidian state of mind. For many, Winter brings lethargy ~ and it is, in fact, a time of rest. That's what the Earth is doing, after all. But the stillness of Winter doesn't have to translate into utter stagnation. On the contrary, Winter provides a peaceful setting for personal reflection and for getting clear on what new and exciting changes we might want to create in our lives. As the Sun slowly increases, it is a prefect time to call in these shifts. We may not know yet *how* we'll arrive at a certain end, and that's ok; all we need to know is the first step, then the next, and the next... Eventually, our aligned actions flow together like a dance ~ and the Universe responds in kind.
