Born and raised in Salida, Colorado, Charlotte's early passion for art was evident through her commitment to every art class available during her schooling. Although her academic path initially led her to engineering, where she thrived for over three decades, it was only after retiring in 2011 that she fully embraced her artistic calling. Enrolling at the Art Students League of Denver, she embarked on a transformative three-year journey that rekindled her passion for creating lifelike human figures in clay and bronze.
